<div style='background-color: transparent;'>Laureen M. (Hansen) Wayman, 71 of Lynn, died peacefully on Friday morning at her home surrounded by her family following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late John M. Wayman, Sr.</p>
<p>Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Marion (Thompson) Hansen.&nbsp; She was a lifelong resident of Lynn and a graduate of Lynn English High School.</p>
<p>Laureen was employed with Dunkin Donuts in Lynn as a manager for 13 years before she retired.&nbsp; She enjoyed gambling and lived by the mantra &ldquo;Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe.&rdquo;</p>
<p>She is survived by her loving children, Keith Shumway of Lynn, Brian Wayman of Punta Gorda, FL., John M. Wayman, Jr., and his wife Hope of Lynn, Erik Wayman of Dracut, Laurel Ashe of Lynn and Mari-Ann Wayman of Lynn, a nephew, David Reed of Lynn, her sister, Dorothy Doucette of Peabody and is also survived by 16 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.&nbsp; She was predeceased by her son James Downey and her sisters, Mildred Doyle and twin Norma Jean.</p>
<p>Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.&nbsp; Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM and burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.&nbsp; Expressions of sympathy can be made in her name to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6<sup>th</sup> Floor, Brookline, MA 02445.&nbsp;</p>

(Vercellone) Gettings, 73, of Middleton and formerly of Peabody, died peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday morning, May 15,2013 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following a year long illness.&nbsp; She was the devoted wife of Paul Gettings with whom she shared&nbsp; 50 years of marriage.</p>
<p>Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late John and Angelina (Marchetti) Vercellone.&nbsp; She was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody High School, class of 1957.</p>
<p>Patricia was first employed as a sales associate and operator at the former Jordan Marsh store in Peabody before its closing.&nbsp; After taking some time off to be with her children, she later worked for the town of Middleton School Department at the Howe-Manning School as a cashier in the lunch room for 18 years before she finally retired.</p>
<p>Patricia was very active in her community; volunteering&nbsp; both at St. Agnes Church and the Middleton Senior Center, and once a month for the past 40 years she would cook for family, friends, neighbors and relatives and serve a formal meal at her home in the truest Italian tradition.&nbsp; She was an avid Boston sports fan of the Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins and loved traveling with her husband &nbsp;for more than 40 trips across North America and Europe.&nbsp; She also enjoyed scrapbooking, crocheting and sewing, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and sharing in all of their endeavors.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her son and daughter, John Paul and his wife Michele Winkler Gettings of Danvers, and Laura and her husband Matthew Brink of Abington, her beloved sister, Joyce Vercellone of Peabody, and by her four loving grandchildren, Maxwell and Jude Gettings, and Mallory and Colton Brink.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Her funeral service will be held on Monday at 9:00 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Agnes Church, Boston St., Middleton at 10:00 AM to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.&nbsp; Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 3:00 until 6:00 PM and burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Middleton.&nbsp; Expressions of sympathy can be made in her name to the Hospice of the North Shore &amp; Greater Boston, 75 Sylvan St., Suite 102-B, Danvers, MA01923.&nbsp;</p>

<div style='background-color: transparent'><img src="/graphics/picture/1.jpg" ALIGN="RIGHT" style="padding: 10px">John Sullivan, 75, of Lynn, died on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at his residence at Boulder Heights in Lynn with his caregivers by his side.</p>
<p>John was born in Peabody, on February 15, 1938, son of the late James and Maybelle (Casey) Sullivan and resided in Peabody. For many years John was employed as an assembler at Heritage Industries in Danvers.</p>
<p>During his lifetime, John made many good friends while residing at Hogan Regional Center, J.T. Berry Rehabilitation Center, W.E. Fernald School, N.E. Residential Services in Peabody, and at the newly built group home on Boulder Way in Lynn which opened a year ago.</p>
<p>John is survived by Peter Grimshaw who met him in 1976 and who became his guardian 20 years ago, his many wonderful caregivers, friends whom he resided with, and acquaintances he made while working at Heritage Industries.</p>
<p>His guardian and caregivers will receive relatives and friends on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody followed by a service at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John&rsquo;s memory to Special Olympics, 100 Conifer Hill Dr., Suite 301, Danvers, MA 01923. <div style='background-color: transparent;'>Anthony J. &ldquo;Tony&rdquo; Fabrizio of Peabody, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Salem Hospital after a brief illness. Anthony was the son of Alice (Laudansky) and the late Ciriaco &ldquo;Gerry&rdquo; Fabrizio of Peabody. He was a graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School, Class of 1974.</p>
<p>Anthony was a life-long resident of Peabody and enjoyed local activities, particularly playing darts. Additionally, Anthony was an avid Boston sports fan and would had loved seeing the Bruins victory on Monday night.</p>
<p>In addition to his mother, Tony is survived by his siblings, Mark P., Gary R. and Judith J. Fabrizio all of Peabody, David M. and his wife Shelley of North Carolina, and Ann and her husband Ronald Dumont of Methuen. He also leaves two nieces, Lauren A. and Kelley A. Dumont both of Methuen.</p>
<p>Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation on Friday morning, May 17<sup>th</sup> from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody, MA. A brief service will follow. Immediately following the service, burial will take place at Cedar Grove Cemetery 100 R Cedar Grove Ave. in Peabody.</p>

<p>Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late James and Marie (Thompson) Casey, Sr.&nbsp; She was raised and educated in the Metro Boston Area and has lived in Peabody for the past 40 years.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Marie was employed as a sales associate at JC Penny in Peabody for over 13 years before retiring due to her illness.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>She is survived by her son, Randy Eurici of Peabody and his fianc&eacute;e Jill, and by her brother, James Casey, Jr of Peabody.&nbsp; She was the long time companion of over 40 years to the late Claude Eurici.</p>
<p>Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited.&nbsp; A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 AM.&nbsp; Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Cedar Grove Ave, Peabody.&nbsp;</p>

<p><em>PEABODY</em>&#8211;Jose C. Quadros, 87, of Peabody, died peacefully at his home on May 11, 2013 after a long illness during which he was lovingly cared for by his wife of 49 years, Maria Ivone (Simao) Quadros.</p>
<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mr. Quadros was born on November 6, 1925 to Faustino Quadros and Silvana Isabel daGloria in Luz, Graciosa, Azores.&nbsp; He was educated there and worked in agriculture until he emigrated to Canada.&nbsp; He lived in Canada for several years before settling in Peabody in April of 1968.&nbsp; He worked at the former Bob-Kat Leather Tanning for 24 years, retiring in 1992.</p>
<p>Mr. Quadros was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Peabody.&nbsp; He was also a member of Our Lady of Help Hall, the Portuguese American War Veterans, and the Azorean Brotherhood of the Divine Holy Ghost Society in Peabody.&nbsp; He greatly enjoyed listening to the Banda Recreativa Portuguesa de Peabody, which he followed for several years.&nbsp; His favorite pastimes included traveling, winemaking, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter and her husband, Ivone and Augusto Barreto of Peabody, two grandchildren, Olivia and Lucas Barreto of Peabody, and several nieces and nephews in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Canada, and Portugal.&nbsp; He is also survived by his late brother&rsquo;s wife, Maria L. Quadros, of Peabody and several other brothers and sisters-in-law.&nbsp; He was the brother of the late Francisco, Faustino, and Manuel Quadros of Portugal, the late Joao Quadros of East Providence, RI and the late Domingos Quadros of Peabody.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The family would also like to extend its gratitude and appreciation to the Elder Service Plan of the North Shore for their care and support over the past years.&nbsp; They would also like to thank his aides, Ana, Nancy, Brian, and especially JoAnn for their care and companionship during his illness.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Wednesday May 15, 2013 at 8 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 AM in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Peabody.&nbsp; A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 &#8211; 8 P.M. in the funeral home.&nbsp; Burial will be in St. Mary&#8217;s Cemetery, Salem.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Born in Salem, she grew up and was educated in Salem schools.&nbsp; She lived in Peabody for many years.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Elizabeth will be remembered as a loving mother and devoted grandmother, who enjoyed nurturing her family and doing whatever she was able to help out others.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Edward Gabrielski &amp; his wife Daphne Firth of Gloucester and Robert Gabrielski of Salem;&nbsp; two daughters and a son-in-law, Elizabeth Cranney of Peabody and Debra &amp; her husband Richard Cushing of Beverly; five grandchildren, Ryan Gagnon &amp; his companion Melissa Pelletier of Peabody, Tara Gagnon of Peabody, Jennifer Gabrielski &amp; her husband David Stokes-Greene of Columbus, OH, Lindsay Gabrielski of New York City, and Richard Cushing of North Hollywood, CA, and several nieces and nephews.&nbsp; She was preceded in death by two brothers William and Edward Plourde, a son-in-law Michael Cranney,&nbsp; besides her husband and parents.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather on Wednesday May 15, 2013 at 10 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. John the Baptist Church Peabody.&nbsp; A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 &ndash; 8 P.M. in the funeral home.&nbsp; Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.&nbsp; Memorial Donations may be made to the Employee Sunshine Fund of Masconomet Healthcare, 123 High St., Topsfield, MA 01983.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; PEABODY&mdash;Leonard M. &ldquo;Lenny&rdquo; DeRosa, 67, beloved husband of Joann (Vigliotti) DeRosa of Peabody, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 9, 2013 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Born in Monroe, MI, he was the son of the late Albert and Rosa (Yamitch) DeRosa.&nbsp; He grew up in Miami Springs, FL and graduated from Hialeah High School.&nbsp; He then graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New Haven, CT in 1967.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mr. DeRosa&rsquo;s restaurant experience included some of the finest food service establishments all over the world, employed with Waldorf Astoria in New York and the Hilton of London, England.&nbsp;&nbsp; During his tenure with the Hilton Corporation, he obtained his European Certification and was a member of the culinary team tha won the &ldquo;Grand Saloon&rdquo; Award two years in a row at the National Restaurant Show at McCormick Place in Chicago.&nbsp; Upon leaving the Hilton he was recruited by the Marriott Corporation where he traveled throughout the US, with stops at St. Louis, Atlanta and Philadelphia as part of a task force to open new Marriott Hotels.&nbsp; He was later recruited to run the Hilltop Steakhouse in Saugus where he continued to tirelessly work seven days a week doing what he loved best.&nbsp; DeRosa has been praised for his commitment to the Food Service Industry and the Massachusetts Restaurant Association as a whole.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He was proudly inducted into the Massachusetts Restaurant Association &ldquo;Hall of Fame&rdquo; on November 18, 2002 and is an Honorary Life Member of the M.R.A. where he previously served as a Vice President of the organization.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lenny adored spending time with his family and friends, and enjoyed cooking on the grill, fishing, football and the observation of birds and other wildlife.&nbsp; Lenny will be greatly missed by his family, friends, colleagues, canine companions Zoe and Tiffany, and the Greater Peabody and Saugus communities.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He is survived by his wife Joann (Vigliotti) DeRosa of Peabody, with whom he shared 42 years of marriage;&nbsp; two sons, Russell &amp; his wife Alex DeRosa, and a grandson Andrew Leonard DeRosa all of Peabody, and Damon &amp; his wife Francesca DeRosa and a grandson Dario Anthony DeRosa all of Burlington;&nbsp; three brothers, Albert &amp; his wife Rose DeRosa of Naples, FL, Donald DeRosa of Avery, TX, and Andrew DeRosa of UT;&nbsp; two sisters Carol Lee Meeks &amp; her husband Bob of Merritt Island, FL and Nancy DeRosa of Union, CT, and several nieces and nephews.&nbsp; He was preceded in death, besides his parents, by a sister Shirley Proctor of Wendell, NC.&nbsp;</p>

Wilson, died on Friday, May 10, 2013 with her family by her side at the NSMC Salem Hospital.</p>
<p>Mrs. Wilson was born in Peabody, on October 3, 1928, daughter of the late Francis and Aniela (Mendrala) Dluznieski. She was raised in Peabody and graduated from Peabody High School in 1946 with highest honors as a student in the top ten of her class and was the recipient of the George Peabody Achievement Award. Katherine was a lifelong resident of the city.</p>
<p>Following High School, Katherine was employed for 11 years as a clerk at Household Finance in Salem leaving to raise her family. She later returned to the work force as an assembler at Hot Watt in Danvers until her retirement in 1990. Katherine was a loving mother who devoted her life to creating a home for her family. Later she was so proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored. She was a former member of St. Joseph&rsquo;s Ladies Guild and every Tuesday she enjoyed playing cards with her sisters. As hobbies she enjoyed knitting and crocheting.</p>
<p>In addition to her husband with whom she shared 63 years of marriage, Katherine is survived by her children and their spouses, Richard and Helen Wilson of AZ, Karen Wilson, and Laurel and George Gongas all of Peabody, her grandchildren, Mark, Timothy, and John Wilson, Stephen and Matthew DiMarzio, Meredith Renschler, Katherine Woodard, Kelly Wilson, Daniel Krawczyk, Kendra White, Geoffrey and William Gongas, Jaime Cruz; 14 great grandchildren; a sister, Jennie Jablonka of Peabody; her son-in-law, Daniel DiMarzio of Burlington; a sister-in-law, Elena Dluznieski of Reading; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Paul Wilson, a daughter Julie DiMarzio and her siblings, Stanley Denning, Max Dluznieski, Florence Tupper, Louise Falkingham and Frances Lehto.</p>
<p>Her funeral will be held on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Sunday, May, 12, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Katherine&rsquo;s memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 101A First Ave., Suite 6, Waltham, MA 02451. <div style='background-color: transparent;'>Harold E. &ldquo;Harry&rdquo; Pillivant, 65, beloved husband of Joanne (O&rsquo;Brien) Pillivant of Peabody, died peacefully on Wednesday May 8, 2013 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after an extended illness.</p>
<p>Born in Elyria, OH, he was the son of the late Harvey and Carolyn (Geist) Pillivant.&nbsp; He grew up in Elyria where he graduated from the local high school.&nbsp; He then graduated from Lowell Technical College.&nbsp;&nbsp; He lived in Stoneham for many years, then was a Peabody resident for the last 16 years.</p>
<p>Harry was employed with several auto parts supply companies, most recently Tosca of Rhode Island and Methuen.&nbsp; He operated the Methuen office and sold to body shops and car dealers.</p>
<p>He was a member of the Boston College Grid Iron Club, loved basketball and watched football with his wife, enjoyed going to NHAR Drag Racing, was an avid reader, and was a Board Member of the Pine Grove Tenants Association of Peabody.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife Joanne (O&rsquo;Brien) Pillivant of Peabody, with whom he shared 13 years of marriage;&nbsp; two daughters, Lisa Garrett and Michelle Bogus both of Woburn; three grandchildren, Julia and Joshua Garrett, and Mikayla Bogus all of Woburn;&nbsp; a brother Dennis Pillivant of OH; and he also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins in Ohio as well as friends around the New England area.</p>
<p>Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather for his Funeral Service celebrating his life on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:15&nbsp; AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody.&nbsp; A visitation will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013&nbsp;from 3 &ndash; 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.</p>
