I suck at this. We meet people on our journey, and we don't realize how important they are until its too late. During a time of great transition for my daughter and me, Alan, Maureen, and Natasha were there. Alan was kind, caring, compassionate and understanding toward me and my daughter always. You could tell he was truly devoted to his family. He was a genuine, kind man. I wish I could have told him that more when I had the chance. My thoughts are with Maureen and Natasha. <3 Lexi still has the pillow you gave her.

I met Alan playing an online game and we have been friends for over 8 years. I found him to be friendly, funny, honest, fair, and always willing to help someone who needed it. I will miss our long conversations. Condolences to his family.
