Obituary For Arthur P. Crist

Peabody – Arthur Crist, 66 of Peabody died Tuesday, August 18, 2022 after a courageous battle against cancer.

Born in Lynn, but resided in Peabody most of his life, he was the son of Peter and Maria (Nicketakis) Christ of Peabody. He was a devoted father and grandfather to Jenny Jalali (daughter) and Nick (son), grandchildren Syrus, Sofia, and Fiona Jalali. He is also survived by his wife Linda (Osgood) Crist, and sisters Joanne and Rhonda Christ.

Extended family members include David Osgood (Debbie), Lori-anne Creighan (Bob), Nancy Seaward (Paul), along with many nieces and nephews.

Artie was a Master Electrician with the IBEW Local 103 and worked mostly in Boston doing control work for various shops until his retirement in October 2020.

His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, playing dinosaurs and making Lego creations with his Grandson. He was also an avid Boston Bruins fan attending many games with his son.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the MSPCA. Friends and relatives are invited to a Celebration of Life immediately following.
