Peabody – Carmen P. (Thurston) Williams 94, beloved wife of the late Albert H. Williams, died Saturday, December 17, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born and raised in Revere, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Carmen (Folsom) Thurston. A resident of Peabody for sixty years prior to moving to Haverhill two years ago, she was a longtime member of the West Congregational Church in Peabody.

Mrs. Williams had been employed as a nurse’s assistant at Salem Hospital for many years until the time of her retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Sydnia Hayden and her husband, Darren of Haverhill, her son, Rick Williams of Danvers, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Penny C. Williams and David Williams.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her memorial service will be held at the West Congregational Church, 27 Johnson St., Peabody, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a celebration of life gathering at the church hall.
