Obituary For Concetta "Connie" DeFelice
Peabody – Concetta “Connie” (Riggillo) DeFelice 78, beloved wife of Leonard A. DeFelice, died Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the North Shore Medical Center in Salem.Born and raised in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Rocco and Yolanda M. (Coccio) Riggillo.Mrs. DeFelice had been employed for many years in the customer service department at Sears & Roebuck at the North Shore Mall in Peabody until the time of her retirement.A resident of Peabody for the past forty-eight years, she enjoyed spending time at the Torigian Senior Center in Peabody. Dedicated to her family, Connie was so proud when her first granddaughter, Dominique was born. She continued that pride and love in caring and raising her granddaughters, Danielle and Ashley after the passing of their parents. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband with whom she shared over fifty-three years of marriage, she is survived by her daughter, Andrea Dadekian and her husband, David of Milford, NH, three granddaughters, Dominique Jordan Dadekian, Daniel Martin and Ashley Martin, a sister, Marysue LoChirco and her husband, Frank of North Reading and three nieces, Susan LoChirco O’Neil, Paula LoChirco and Linda LoChirco. She was also the mother of the late Christina Martin. ARRANGEMENTS: A visitation will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
