Obituary For Debra Jean (Clooney) Lamm

Debra Jean Clooney Lamm, 66 of Wilson, North Carolina passed away in her home Saturday, surrounded by loved ones. Her Services will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021, from 12– 5 p.m. at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn Street, Peabody with a Service to be held at 4:30 PM.

Debra was born and raised in Peabody but lived most of her life in Lynn. She worked as a logistics engineer at Raytheon for forty years. After retiring she moved to Wilson, North Carolina and focused more of her energy on the things she loved doing such as gardening, attending local festivals, taking trips to the mountains in her RV with her side kick Tess and traveling the world with her close friends. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Debra is survived by her son, Russell Cooper and wife, Joanna of Chester, New Hampshire, and her brother, William Clooney and wife, Teri of Elliot, Maine, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Lamm; parents, William and Ethel Clooney, and her sisters, Linda Clooney Trefry, Joyce Clooney Heafey, and Cindy Clooney Cuoco.

    I remember Debbie dropping off her son Russell as a baby he was so cute and she was so proud of him. I used to stop And talk about our kids as I dropped off my daughter to my moms. She was a great person. So sorry for your loss. Karen Brown Faith
