Obituary For Dolores C. Walsh

Dolores C. (DeMaci) Walsh passed away in her home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday at age 91. She was the devoted wife of the late Lynn Fire Lieutenant Paul V. Walsh. Born in Saugus, on September 27, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Lester E. and Mary H. (Pelkey) DeMaci.

Raised in Saugus and a graduate of Saugus High, Dolores lived in Lynn for over seventy years. She was a Paraprofessional in the Lynn School System until her retirement in 1998. A talented painter, Dolores also enjoyed doing ceramics and collecting Annalee dolls.

She is survived by her three sons Paul D. Walsh his wife Lauri of Winthrop Maine, retired Lynn Firefighter Kevin M. Walsh and his wife Susan and retired Lynn Firefighter Steven P. Walsh and his wife Joanne all of Lynn, her cherished grandchildren Ambrosia, Erin, Megan, Mary Elizabeth, Emily, Patrick and Sean and great grandchildren Jariah, Nathan, Xavier, Kailani, Matthias and Tobias. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her granddaughter Molly, Stepmother Josephine (Faino) DeMaci, Sister Audrey Young and Brothers Lester and Robert DeMaci.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dolores' memory to the charity of your choice.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home 82 Lynn St. Peabody at 9 AM with a service in the funeral home at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery Lynn.
