Condolences

  • October 29, 2022

I am so sad to hear of Doris's passing, for a few years she was one of my transfusion nurses every 4 weeks. She was such a wonderful kind person, she made the time fly while I was getting my transfusion by chatting about Peabody and St. Johns and people we knew in common. My condolences and prayers to her family and her friends.

I had the privilege of working with Doris at Union Hospital in Lynn, MA. Doris was a skilled and professional RN, her pragmatic matter of fact manner was appreciated in the often stressful environment in the ER and her dry, understated humor spoke of an intelligence that contradicted her humble nature. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. My sympathies to the family

My thoughts are with Doris's family. I worked with her for several years and was very fond of her. Her exterior was most deceptive as she appeared detached and uncaring. On the contrary, I found her to be loyal and generous to anyone that opened their heart. RIP my friend.

Our deepest sympathies to the family of Doris. We will miss her smile, and seeing her at family events, may she rest in peace with her brothers and parents.
