Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Kirkorian, 66, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones after a brief illness on September 9, 2023.

She was raised by her parents Jeanne O’Toole (Morneau) and Paul F. O’Toole in Salem MA. Betty attended Salem Public Schools and later graduated from Salem State College in 1979, with a degree in psychology. Shortly after graduating, Betty married the love of her life, Daniel Kirkorian (second only to Mick Jagger, of course).

Betty worked as a teacher at the Institute for Family and Learning in Danvers, up until she found her true life’s calling; being a mother. Betty was an avid reader who particularly enjoyed mystery novels and was a fixture at our local libraries. Betty was a kind, generous and loving woman to all. She was a devoted wife for 42 years, (should have been 43) a nurturing mother and above all else, she treasured being a grandmother. She enjoyed attending concerts, annual trips with her friends and making memories with her family. She will be remembered as someone who was always in your corner, and her shoulder was always available to comfort others during difficult times.

She is survived by her loving husband; Daniel Kirkorian, two sons and their wives; Dan Kirkorian, wife Jill and Christopher Kirkorian, wife Katie, Two grandchildren, Emma and Henry Kirkorian, brother; Paul O’Toole Jr. along with many cherished friends. She was pre-deceased by her biological father, Robert Flynn.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by service in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
