Obituary For Esteban "Steve" Cordero

Lynn – Esteban “Steve” Cordero Jr., 42, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston following a motorcycle accident.

Born in Brighton, he was the son of Suzanne Bryson of St. Cloud, FL and Esteban J. Cordero Sr. of Puerto Rico. He was raised in Lynn and attended the Lynn school system.

Steve had been employed for many years as a manager in the retail industry, having worked at Nordstroms and KB Toy Store.

A resident of Lynn for most of his life prior to moving to Peabody, Steve was an original, longtime and faithful member of the Rainmakers MC of Massachusetts. He was also an avid sports fan, especially basketball and football, who was a longtime follower of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by a daughter, Sarijana Urena and a son, A.J. Urena both of Lynn, five brothers, James Cordero and his wife, Jenn of Salem, NH, Bruce Cordero of Westfield, Eddie Soto of Worcester, Jason Soto and his wife, Taylor of Saugus and William Soto of Lynn, a sister, Elsa Powell of MD, his maternal grandmother, Lorraine Bryson of FL and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

ARRANGMENTS: Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 6:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. The family will gather after services for a Celebration of Life and dinner @ Volunteer Yacht Club, 68 Lynnway, Lynn, MA 01902. All are welcome to join.
