Obituary For Frederick R Kimball
Frederick Raymond Kimball, 79, of Peabody, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 6,2022 after a valiant battle with Parkinson’s disease at Kaplan Hospice in Danvers with his wife and children by his side. He was born in Peabody on September 26, 1942, the second oldest of four children to Edward and Evelyn Kimball and was proud to be a member of the last graduating class of Peabody High School in 1961 at the Seeglitz building on Central Street . Following his graduation, he was employed by the United Shoe in Beverly and later by Jack Cuttle as his rookie electrician apprentice. He received his Master Electrician license in 1973 and opened his own business, F.R. Kimball Electric which remained in business for over 55 years. He was extremely proud of his accomplishment coming from nothing to creating a well-respected and successful business which he considered “The American Dream.” His retirement was filled with spending quality and cherished time with his Kids and grandchildren and also taking time at the Villages in Florida with his wife Marilyn of 54 years. Fred was supported every day of his life by his amazing, supportive and loving wife of 54 years. There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't tell her that he loved her and that she was beautiful. He also thanked everyone around him that showed him so much love and respect, including his son and daughter-in-laws, nephew, as well as Janet and Joanne, caretakers to Fred who became part of our family.
