When I joined the Plus One Golf League sometime over 20 years ago I didn't know anybody there. But Gary and his three friends Bill (Moose), Maynard, and Bobby Kerr, immediately made me feel right at home. I had instantaneously made new friends. Gary was a very generous man with his friends and not just in monetary measure as with a bottle of fine scotch or to help out a cause, But with advice and praise as well. Once on the golf course golfing with Gary, I was having a particularly hard day and Gary simply said "You're holding the club too tight, loosen your grip a little". It turned my entire round around and ended up being one of my better days. I thanked him then and now look back at that moment whenever I feel like I'm gripping too tight. We were both car guys too. He turned me onto T-Birds and I ended up owning one for a while and loved it. Gary was loved and will be missed a great deal and I for one have tremendous gratitude for having known him. With loving memory Bob Guidara

Gary was a long-time member and one of the starting members of the Plus One Golf League at the Wenham Golf Course. He was a valued friend by all. Unfortunately, after the year end tournament this past week we have an outbreak of Covid so members will be unable to attend the wake. Our sincere sympathy for the family.
