She had a love of dancing and belonged to the Squares in Focus square dancing club in the 1970s. In her later years she loved to watch country and western dancing shows.

She was so kind, but when she talked you would always listen, she was like a second mom to me, always enjoyed staying with her when David and Linda would go away on vacation. RIP Ma Barry Taylor

As a former student of South School, I want to thank you for sharing your mom with us. Back in the day, she and Mr. Birmingham were a great team and I have loving memories of both of them! Those truly were the best times, although you didn't know it at the time, she was my comfort in a big scary elementary school. Please accept my sincere condolences and I will be thinking of your family during this difficult time.
