He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his loving wife, with whom he shared over forty-nine years of marriage, he is survived by his daughter, Heather L. and her husband, Nicholas Woods of Methuen, two sons, Fr. Jay A. Woods, OFM of Boston and Mark R. Woods and his wife, Amanda of Peabody, three grandchildren, Landon, Hayden and Gavin Woods, a sister, Judith Cofrin and her husband, Wayne of Goffstown, NH, a brother, William Woods and his wife, Sharon of Venice, FL, nieces and nephews, Scott, Stephanie, Rachel, Stephen, Jaci and Christopher.

Jack was and always will be the greatest person God ever put in this world. He was my boss, my friend and my family. I was so fortunate to have been a part of his life and the lives of his amazing family. His legacy will live on through his children and grandchildren. I will so miss that truly wonderful man and will never forget all of the memories we shared. Heaven has a true angel now and I know he will watch over everyone he loved. I was the lucky one!

Solace. "Comfort or consolation in time of distress" says the definition. To that, I would add, JACK. Always a comfort-no matter the message. To God be the glory for this good brother in Christ. May Jack, and all the souls of the departed rest in Light Perpetual. AMEN. Jon O. Hattaway

Maureen, Heather, Jay and Mark. Please accept my deepest condolences on Jacks Passing. I always enjoyed talking to Jack when he came by the station. He would always break out in a smile when I asked him how his family was doing. He would tell me one by one how each of them we're doing ..He loved his car and his camp but most of all he loved his whole family.. God Bless Jack .. May God rest his soul .. Amen..( Rick at Holdens )
