Joseph A. Talbot, 51, of Salem, died unexpectedly on Saturday March 30 at Mass General Hospital. Born in Beverly, he was the son of Judith Ann (Aylward) Talbot of Salem and the late Albert F Talbot. Joseph was employed in the construction field for many years and for the past 5 years he was the proprietor CSU Construction Company in Salem. Joe enjoyed motocross, vacationing with his family and loved to cook. He was the kindest and had the gentlest soul and was always there for friends and especially his family. He will be dearly missed. Joseph is survived by his mother, Judith Ann (Aylward) of Salem, his beloved four children, Joseph A. Talbot, Jr of Revere, Zachary Talbot of Peabody, Joelene DeForrest and her husband Andrew DeForrest of Bradford and Taylor Talbot of Peabody, his five brothers, Albert, Robert, Kenneth, Raymond, and Dana, and is also survived by his three grandchildren, Ryleigh, Ava, and Landon. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. His Funeral Service will be on Saturday at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial services will be private.
