To Joe's family, his grandsons Manny and Joey, May memories of happy times you shared help ease your loss and bring you comfort to you now.
I want to express my sincere condolences. I will never forget you Uncle Joe. You always made me welcome in your home. I will never forget all the sleepovers with MaryJo and all the summer fun in the pool, drop line fishing at the Salem Willow's Pier, and riding in my favorite convertible Volkswagen Bug to get ice-cream. Some of my favorite childhood memories will always be with you. You will be missed.
I want to express condolences from my family to all of Deputy Russell's family and friends. I remember Joe's smiling face down to Engine 7 while my dad was there. He was always cheerful, and full of advice, He was a good, fair man and will be missed by all who ever knew him. Mike Kravchuk
