Joe was like a brother to me, we met when I first moved to San Antonio, our dads were both in the Air Force, we shared alot of laughs, good times, walked to school together and he always looked after me. I used to nag him like a sister, he loved to come over to see what I would be cooking and then have to have a taste. There are alot of us here in San Antonio that Joe touched with his big heart ❤ and he will be truly missed. Rest easy Joe. Love you brother. My deepest condolences to his family. Love Debbie Villa 💔

Joe was a great man. Dear friend of both my parents. Could smell my mothers fried chicken from blocks Away. And shared his southern charm with the family. He will be missed!
