Obituary For Joseph V. Giglio

Peabody – Joseph V. Giglio 80, beloved husband of Marie Louiselle (Babineau) Giglio, died Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the North Shore Medical Center in Salem.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Joseph Jr. and Edith (Giorgio) Giglio. He was raised and educated in Revere and had been a resident of Peabody for over fifty years.

Mr. Giglio had been employed for many years as a clerk for the U.S. Postal Service in Peabody until the time of his retirement.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Francine Giglio and Michael Giglio.

    Marie, I'm so sorry to hear about my cousin Joey's passing. When I was just a child and he would come to visit our grandparents in East Boston, it was always a treat to see him.
