Obituary For Kim Connors

Kim Connors, 61, of Peabody, died early Friday morning surrounded by her loving family at her home following a brief illness. Born in Peabody, she was the beloved daughter of the late Gene and Marilyn J. (Jermyn) Connors.

Kim was a pharmacy technician at Beverly Hospital for ten years before retiring. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and her favorite endeavor was spending time with her family.

Kim is survived by her daughter Amy Wood and her partner Sandra Lawton of Peabody, her brother and sister-in-law, Timothy and Rosemary Connors of Peabody, her sister, Deborah Connors of Beverly, her “bonus daughter” Lisa Elliott and her partner Zack Fellows of Middleton, her nieces and nephews, Casey Connors, Catherine and her husband Eddie Tyre, and Willie Connors, her long-time friend Richard Wood of Peabody, and by her grand dogs, Griffin and Phyllis and by many dear cousins and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her nephew Joshua Krisko and brother-in-law, Freddie Marquez.

Following cremation, a Memorial Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 PM noon at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave, Salem, MA 01970.

    I am so sorry to hear this news. Kim and I went to elementary and junior high school together. Our childhood friends are extra special- so many shared experiences during our most formative years. My sincere condolences to everyone who loved Kim.

    So sorry to hear of the passing of Kim 🥲 I worked with her at BH Pharmacy for a short while. Always kind and such a hard worker. Gone so young... too soon. God bless all who r grieving her loss. 🙏

    I was saddened to hear of this news. I have fond memories of us as children and growing up in the same neighborhood. Kim had a kind heart and genuine soul. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Connors family. A donation was made to the NE Animal Shelter in her memory from Parise Fournier & Karen Mossman.

    I hear sweet giggles of Kim and cousin Susan sharing many many fun loving times together. Both went much to early. Kim touched our lives in a tender loving way always caring. Today we celebrate her love knowing Love will carry us through. Kate Murdoch Newcomb

    The Senior Leadership Team at Beverly Hospital wishes to express condolences to the family of Kim. Kim was a valued member of our pharmacy family and will be dearly missed. A gift was made in her name to the animal shelter.

    Kim and I use to work together at CVS. We use to talk about how we were both from Peabody and people we knew. We got along well as did everyone there. She'll be missed terribly by her family. My prayers go out to you all. 🙏🏻❤️
