Peabody- Margarita (Cika) Konomi, 81, beloved wife of the late Telo Konomi, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Beverly Hospital.

Margarita was born in Labove e Kryqit, Albania on October 14, 1939, daughter of the late Filip and Varvara (Luzi) Cika. She was raised and educated there before emigrating to the United States.

Margarita was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and dedicated her time to raising her family. She was very compassionate, and loved caring for others, especially her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her two sons; Thoma and Lorenc Konomi; her grandchildren, Aleksander, Marthy, Anxhela, and Tea; her brother, Koco Cika; her sister, Amalia Kristo, and many great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Friday, May 7, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Her funeral service will be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 54 S Common St, Lynn, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. followed by Burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Danvers. All attendees are required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
