Obituary For Michael P Chiaradonna

Michael P. Chiaradonna, 64, of Peabody, died Saturday afternoon surrounded by his family at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington following a brief illness. He was the devoted husband of Elizabeth (Chenery) Chiaradonna with whom he shared over 39 years of marriage.

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Valentino and Carol Ann (Collins) Chiaradonna. He was raised and educated in Peabody and was a graduate of Peabody High School, class of 1976. Michael worked for over 30 years for his family’s leather company, Val’s Leather, in Peabody and following his career there, he continued working for James P. Chronis & Son Landscaping company in Danvers for 10 years until his illness.

Michael’s passion was landscaping, and he enjoyed every aspect of the job. He also enjoyed golfing and four-wheeling with his family and friends and never missed an opportunity to visit any casino in the area.

Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his devoted daughter, Lauren Chiaradonna and her fiancé Chris Mura of Beverly, his sister, Tracey Stickney and her husband Adam of Raymond, NH, his brothers-in-law, Adam Chenery of Peabody and Andrew Chenery of Acton, and by many nieces, nephews, and cousins and his fur-baby, Lilly
