Obituary For Richard A. "Buster" Orio

Richard A. “Buster” Orio, 86, of Peabody, MA, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Beverly Hospital. He was the devoted husband of Mrs. Beverly (Oesterman) Orio. Buster was born January 8, 1937 in Revere, MA the son of the late Anthony and Dorothy (Collar) Orio. He was raised in Revere and attended local schools. Buster was employed with Atlantic Waste for several years as a Truck Driver. He honorably served his country in the Army National Guard. Buster enjoyed BINGO, watching his favorite television show, MASH and spending time with family. He will be missed for his caring heart, sense of humor and devotion to family. Buster is survived by his faithful and devoted wife, Beverly Orio, three children, Donald Orio, Albert Orio and Dorothy Souza, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He will also be remembered by many dear friends. A graveside service will be held in the spring at his family’s convenience. Services are in the care of The Conway, Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. Peabody, MA 01960.
