Ruth, or Nana as I knew her, was always a bright light. I attended nursing school in 2016 with Sam, her granddaughter, of which she was so, so proud. I've had the ability to get to know Nana relatively well over the years through my friendship with Sam. She will be missed. May she rest in sweet peace.

My sympathies to the Brown family. I always enjoyed running into Ruth and hearing the latest news. I liked the story of Cy Tenney being named after her grandfather. She was always thoughtful & kind to me. I will miss beeping at her outside the family home as I drive by. Rest easy Ruth.
