Carol A (Cianciarule) Miller, 83, of Brentwood, NH and formerly of Peabody, died Thursday afternoon at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late James D Miller.

Born and raised in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Muise) Cianciarule. She was a graduate of Ste. Chretienne High School, class of 1958. She later attended Essex Aggie Nursing School and received her LPN in 1972

She raised her family in Peabody and worked at the former Union Hospital in Lynn as an LPN for years before retiring.

Carol is survived by her two sons, Michael and his wife Cyndi Drummond of TX and Gary Miller and KellyAnn Martinson of Newburyport, her daughter, Susan Shamany and her husband Stephen of PA, her sister, Linda Hyman and her husband Leo of Fl, her daughter-in-law, Ellen Miller of NH, her former daughter-in-law, Deborah Miller of Lynnfield, and by her beloved grandchildren, Caitlin Drummond, Daniel, Matthew, Ryan, and Michael Miller, and Connor and Kaylee Shamany, and by her great grandchild, Atlas Wills. Besides her loving husband she was predeceased by her son James Miller, and her sister Ellen Cianciarule.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Adelaide’s Church, Lowell St, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Lake St, Peabody.
