Obituary For Dennis Paul Howerter

Dennis Paul Howerter, 45, of Danvers, went home to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Christmas day. Born in Arlington, VA, he was the son of Edward and Barbara (Yaeger) Howerter.

Dennis Paul was raised in Danvers and received the Highest Academic Award, when he graduated from North Shore Christian School in Lynn in 1991. He attended Essex Christian Academy in Hamilton, where he was the Valedictorian for the class of 1995. He was listed in Who’s Who Among American High Students and was inducted into the National Honor Society in 1995. After his high school graduation, Dennis Paul attended Gordon College in Wenham, where he was a Communications Arts major with a Biblical Studies minor.

Besides his loving parents, Dennis Paul is survived by his sister, Laurie Howerter-Gonzalez, of Miramar, FL. He was predeceased by his brother, Stephen Michael Howerter.

The funeral service was held privately with burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
