Fremont, NH - The kind heart and generous soul of Dianne G. Enos was taken on Friday, October 6, 2023. Her battle with Alzheimer’s disease was lost after a long and courageous fight of many years. She is already, and will continue to be, sadly missed by her daughter, Melissa “ Missy” Enos-Hewson, son-in-law, Matthew Hewson, and her grandchildren Kenlee and Kailyn Hewson, who were her entire world.

As she leaves this world she will join her late husband, Kenneth L Enos of Gloucester, her parents, Louis and Anita Languirand of Salem, and other departed friends and family members.

In addition to her daughter’s family, she is survived by her four sisters Jeanette Brault, Alice Julien, Carol Lemelin, and Judith Garrow, and their families. She is also survived by her life-long, loving best friend, Sandra Lavoie who was a devoted support system for Melissa throughout the years.

Though she was a long-time resident of Salem and Peabody, MA, she lived her final years in Fremont and Brentwood, NH where she was cared for by her amazingly compassionate nursing care staff at Rockingham County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

In honor of her mother, Melissa asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452 or the NHSPCA, 104 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH 03885 or other animal care organizations. As a final message, the family leaves a quote they hope will inspire others to promote kindness and empathy in the world: “The nature of humanity, its essence, is to feel another's pain as one's own, and to act to take that pain away,. ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
