Eleanor M. (Dell’Arciprete) Votto, wife of the late Joseph E. Votto, passed away peacefully in Medford, MA on Friday July 2, 2021, at the age of 86.

Eleanor is predeceased by a son Michael Votto and siblings Millie, Rose, Bertha, Evelyn, Salvatore, Nicholas, Rocco, Mario, Anthony, Rico, and Albert.

Eleanor is survived by her two sons Joel E. Votto and his wife Cathy of Salem, and Joseph G. Votto and his wife Christina of Peabody, and her sister Jean (Dell’Archiprete) Sheridan. Eleanor also leaves behind beloved grandchildren: Michael and his wife Jillian Votto, Matthew Votto, Katelyn Votto, Joseph Votto, and his wife Alexis, Demetra Votto, and Mary Votto, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Eleanor was a long-time resident of Peabody, MA and Malden, MA. She worked many years at St. Paul's Day School. She committed her time to Catholic Charities as a foster grandmother at Malden High School Day Care and member of Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve Association. Eleanor loved travel, bingo, and spending time with family and friends.

Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
