Jeannette I. Beaulieu, 100, of Peabody, formerly of Salem, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Alliance Health at Rosewood in Peabody surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished wife of the late Lucien R. Beaulieu with whom she spent 69 years of marriage until his passing in 2016.

She was born in Salem on February 14, 1923 and was the cherished daughter of the late Cyril and Delia (Delisle) Cormier.

Jeannette and her husband, Lucien, enjoyed going to beaches and parks every day until they could no longer physically do it. She was a very talented crafter and knitter.

Jeannette is survived by her two sons, Lucien G. Beaulieu and his wife Susan of Epping, NH and Jean T. Beaulieu and his wife Tanya of Brewer, ME; her two granddaughters, Nicole Herbert and her husband Brandon of Brewer, ME and Renee Beaulieu of Brewer, ME; her two great-grandchildren, Riley and Oliver Herbert of Brewer, ME; her sister-in-law, Florence Owens of Salem; and many nieces and nephews.

Sadly, in addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her two sisters, Thelma Boutilier and her husband Walter and Cecile O’Donnell and her husband Phil.
