Judith Ann Angus, 84, of Peabody formerly of Lynnfield, died Saturday January 7 at the Brudnick Center for Living in Peabody following a lengthy illness. Born in Amesbury, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Cora (Chreehan) Angus

Judith was a graduate of Wakefield High School, class of 1956 and continued her education at North Adams State College and received her degree in Education. She later received her master’s degree from Cambridge College.

Judith taught 4th grade in the Reading Public School system for over 40 years before retiring years ago. She is survived by her nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Janet Angus of Lynnfield. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Alexander Angus.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held on Friday January 20th at 1:00 PM at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Lake St. Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
