Judy Willson had a special place in the hearts of the students at Bristol Elementary School. Each year around Memorial Day, Judy would phone me asking if the students could come down and help plant the flowers at the Minot Sleeper Library. We loved the field trip to the library and the Butterfly Garden. Mrs. Willson would greet us with a huge smile and make the rounds talking with each child and mentoring them on how to gently place the flowers into the ground. It was a wonderful experience that Mrs. Willson made possible for the students at Bristol Elementary School. ~ Sending sympathy to you all Coleen Symonds

Mrs. Burns had such a profound impact on her students that even after 40+ years out of her classroom she is the first teacher that so many of us think of when asked "who was your favorite teacher?" She was also my answer to ""Which person/educator inspired you to become an educator?" My deepest condolences to her family and friends, Danielle Marquis

Mrs. Burns gave me the greatest gift... she taught me how to read. She has always held a special place in my heart for this, even 45 years later.

Judy was a dear friend I met through the Friends of the MS library in Bristol NH where she led the group for over 15 years..Always so cheerful and so kind to anyone she met. So happy she could come to the event this past spring to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the addition of the Library that she worked so hard for. Also enjoyed many get togethers with our spouses and other friends. Judy was a treasure to know. She adored her family was so blessed to have them close to her. Rest in Peace Judy.

I first met Judy when my husband and I retired to Bristol, NH in 1999. I volunteered with Judy at Minot Sleeper Library, the garden club, and Bristol UCC where she very generously served on the Women's Fellowship committee, with me on the Christian Education Committee. Judy was always willing to give of her time and talents, share her home with other volunteers. A woman who was admired and loved by many.
