To Aunt Judy, Michele, Kerry and Julie: From start to finish Uncle Lester was a class act. Handsome, smart, cool, funny, kind, caring and loving. My mother Joyce was so proud of him and often told us stories about his adventures growing up in Lower Cove with his family, friends and neighbours. I really enjoyed my time talking to him. He always made me laugh (I'll never forget the time he told me how he liked his coffee). Though we will all miss him, we'll always smile when thinking of the many ways he touched our lives. With much love, Glenn Foote and family, Nova Scotia.

We always looked forward to our visits with Uncle Lester whenever he came back to Nova Scotia for a visit. He was a good man and a hard working man. My mother (Joyce Glenn) Ward who is Lester's youngest living sister has always shared many fond memories of Lester in his younger days and his US Army days. Hold tight to all of your treasureed memories of your time together. Please know you are all in our hearts and prayers. Find comfort in knowing that Uncle Lester is reunited with Mark again.

I first met Lester 18 yrs ago. We spent many days together working on Mark and Jessica's home in Melrose and shared a lot of laughs. I really enjoyed his quiet company and wish him Gods grace in heaven. Mark and Linda Johanson.
