Margaret “Peggy” (McNamara) Cloutier, 80, of Peabody, died Tuesday February 28, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family following a long illness. She was the loving wife of George Cloutier.

Born in Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Gilmore) and Michael McNamara. She was raised in Brighton and was educated at Cardinal Cushing College in Chestnut Hill.

She was predeceased by her brother Kevin McNamara. She leaves siblings, Mary Duarte of Oceanside, CA, Thomas McNamara and his wife Marie of Siesta Key, FL, and Eileen Chamberlin and her husband Bruce of Stoneham.

In addition, she leaves her two children, Julie of Peabody and Christopher of Panama City Beach, Fl and her granddaughter, Cambria of Danvers.

At the request of the family funeral services will be held privately in the spring.
