Maria Ramos Aguiar, 90, a lifelong Peabody resident, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the Bear Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Stoneham. She was the beloved wife of the late Silvino Da Silva Aguiar. She was born on September 19, 1933 in Graciosa, Azores and was the cherished daughter of the late Laurindo and Rosa (Santos) Ramos.

She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Hosman and her husband Michael; her four grandchildren, Mark Hobart, Laura Perez, Mikayla St. Amand and Grace Farese; her 4 great grandchildren, Gryson St. Amand and Aubrey, Bentley and Carter Hobart; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sadly, in addition to her parents and husband, Maria is predeceased by her daughter, Fatima Hobart-Geer.
