Obituary For Priscilla J. Sawizky

Lynn – Priscilla J. (Weeden) Sawizky, 87, breaks our hearts, our beautiful Queen, Mom, Grandma, Gigi and the Rock of our family has passed away, January 26, 2024. She is now with her husband the King.

Born, raised and educated in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Catherine (MacDonald) Weeden.

Priscilla had been employed as a receptionist for the Dupont Company in Boston until the time of her retirement. Prior to that she had dedicated her life to raising her children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving her are two daughters, Catherine Miller and Tracy Sawizky both of Lynn, two sons, William Ladderbush and his wife, Debbie of Lynn and Donald Ladderbush and his wife, Marlene of Tewksbury, nine grandchildren, Robert Miller, Michael Miller and his wife, Allison, Thomas Miller and his wife, Heather, Markie Waldrip and his wife, Jo-Leo, Jessica Landry and her husband, Michael, Emily Ladderbush and her fiancé, Hunter, Danny Ladderbush and his fiancé, Devan, Michael Ladderbush and Marissa Ladderbush, ten great grandchildren, three sisters, Elizabeth Morin of Lynn, Helen Gerard of Beverly and Alice of Texas. She was also the mother of the late Bonnie Lee Waldrip, grandmother of the late Christina Waldrip. She was also predeceased by ten siblings.

At the request of the family, her services will be private with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. I lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452 (www.alz.org).

    Tracy and family, Lee and I wish to extend our condolences in the loss of your beautiful mother. We had the opportunity to meet her a few years ago on our trip to Boston for a wedding.     Ed and I are so sorry for your loss. Priscilla was such an amazing, kind, loving, caring, strong, compassionate, Warm-hearted woman. She lived for her family and was so proud of each and everyone of you. Priscilla had the most beautiful smile which always put a smile on my face when I saw her. I feel so Blessed to have known her and Don.
